Always a pleasure visiting MB Stourbridge.The staff are always polite and nothing appears to be too much trouble for them particularly Nina on the service team who is a credit to the dealership. Car is always handed back fully vacuumed and washed which is a nice touch🙂.

Everything went well until the car was to be delivered when the lack of log book delayed matters by a couple of hours which was annoying and frustrating for all concerned. Perhaps a check list should be in the car so that when it moves from branch to branch the log book and any other important documents are in the right place.

I have found that customer service has always been good, the people are obliging and friendly. The only thing I have not too good is booking a courtesy car when my car is having a service, I have to sit about for long periods waiting for my car to be mot & serviced.
