Much better than the 'service' I usually receive from the Wolverhampton branch of Lookers Mercedes. The overall service was decent, the only 2 issues I had was they didn't have my tyre size in stock, therefore loosing a sale from me as I would've got them done there and then. The other was the wait time in booking the vehicle in, there's like a month to 2 months wait time if you want your car collected, they don't have any courtesy cars so that makes things difficult. I got that sick of the poor service from Wolverhampton I ended up using Stourbridge

The people at Lookers were very helpful, but the paperwork from Mercedes was horrendous and had to be done online which took a very long time.

Amy who we dealt with was so helpful and lovely, would of brought a car but wasn't able to as the price they was offering for my part ex was lower than we needed to pay it off

I have purchased several vehicles from Mercedes,Stourbridge over the years and I will say that they have been pretty much hassle free. Service has been good and I always feel valued. Special mention to David Sermon who has handled the sale of my last two Mercedes cars. Well done. Carolyn Clarke

Excellent service from the moment I walked in! Lovely greeting by the Receptionist and regular updates during my service from Richard. All work carried out successfully and car cleaning inside and out is nice touch.
