Sam was great from initial conversation to the handover of the vehicle. Sam originally couldn’t offer an equivalent deal when I contacted regarding swapping my vehicle. However he reassured me that he would continue the search and would in touch when he was in a position to rework the figures. He kept to his word and even when the figures were still too high, he kept in touch to reassure me that he was still looking. Sam then contacted me regarding a figure that was closer to my budget and he managed to get it a little closer with a bit more work. The added extras on collection of the vehicle were a nice touch. I also felt valued by other members of the team that came over to have a chat whilst I was admiring my car in the showroom. They all called me by my first name without asking what it was, so they were very aware of who was collecting their new cars that day. Just a little touch that goes a long way. I truly felt like a valued customer. Overall a really good experience and I hope they look after me this well in the future when I’m ready to trade in this car in too! Thank you all.
