Great showroom and facilities. Unfortunately car park was over full therefore chaotic, people were abandoning their cars who were booking into service. A nice lady booked my car in, unfortunately I had received an email which requested my V5 and my driving licence to collect my courtesy car and it was my national insurance number that was required not my V5 ! That delayed me by about 20 mins obtaining this information. When I went to collect my car at the agreed time it was about 40 mins later than the agreed time.

Excellent attentive customer service. Needed to wait for my car and it was promptly sorted for me.

Excellent service, marked down one due to assistant dealing with me went on a break and didn’t inform colleague my keys could be returned while he was on break, which they were.

David was excellent, his helping and no aggressive sales approach was perfect. David is a huge asset to you business

David (Sermon) was quick, efficient, polite and informative and dealt with my concerns on the package well. The only issue at the end of the day was my Mrs who didn't want to push ahead with negotiations as the timing wasn't right...

Personally i would rate Mercedes- Benz Stourbridge 10 out of 10 for professionalism & courtesy.
