Good service

A great service all round, but a special acknowledgement to Matt Bates who did a fabulous job at upselling from our initial enquiry of purchasing a used/ex-demo car to the purchase of new one. Wanted to have my vehicle collected but no slots available despite booking a few weeks in advance. Meant I had to wait around for nearly 4 hours as I don't have anyone to give me a lift and branch is a long way from my home.

At the moment it appears Mercedes pricing for new vehicles, particularly those of all electric or hybrid appear quite expensive compared to other competitor manufacturers and also the finance rates! I will continue to keep an eye on the market. Kind Regards Patricia

A first class service , couldn`t fault any part of it. This is my 7th Mercedes but the first from Stourbridge . I was a little apprehensive about what to expect as i had a very good service from my previous Dealer. But have to say that I was very impressed
