after having my car for a few days, i rang dealer asking how to adjust my headlights, i was then told that i did not have this function do to a chip not being avaliable, however on collection of car i was shown how to use the function. this has not gone well with me. can the chip be fitted now i have the car

Having a long term issue with the unexplained damage to the GLC's front tyres, both of which were returned to Mercedes-Benz MK for inspection and report on 2nd September, I was promised the name of a contact at MB who I could call, in a concerted effort with Lookers, to resolve this matter. To date no such information has been received. Draw your own conclusions.

As usual, a very slick and efficient experience: well done to the whole Stourbridge Mercedes Team.

Having chosen to wait whilst my car was being serviced I found out that there was a coffee machine available for customers. This had not been pointed out on my arrival. Previously having used Mercedes Birmingham their customer service upon arrival I have to say was superior to Stourbridge. All round though it was a fairly pleasant experience.
