I have now been back to Stourbridge lookers 4 times with the same problem but still have the engine warning light come on. On one visit i was with out the car for 5 days, but still have the same problem. Due to family needs i missed my last appointment but would like to proceed with you trying to sort it out. Opted for and purchased BMW 1 Series in the end compared to your A Class couple of options we were looking at as well. Personally just saw the BMW as much better deal price wise.

Mix up with original booking meant I had to return two weeks later. A confirmation text of the booking would have avoided the rebooking.

Whilst at the dealership I asked for help regarding some of the features of the vehicle. Matt from the sales team was extremely helpful, and patiently went through some of the features I was unsure of and even pointed out some features that I had previously not known about. I was very grateful to him, and will be in contact in the future.

Booking by telephone I asked that I could wait for the car . This message did not get on to the job sheet. However it was added when I dropped the car off by the very helpful booking in clerk. And I got the car back in 3 hours. Thank you.
