A bit poor reception. The guy at the service desk was dealing with phone calls which I had to wait to finish so I could book my car in and then the same thing when I collected the car

A service and MOT took over 5 hours, 2 of which we spent waiting in the showroom having been told it would be ready in 3 hours. Very frustrating. We live some 40 miles from Stourbridge so dropping car off and going home is not an option.
