Your staff have been very helpful on my search for a new vehicle. I am seriously interested in an electric vehicle but you do not have one with a distance range ro suit my needs at the moment. However, I feel that your staff keep me in mind ans keep me informed as new vehicles become available.

Work completed satisfactorily but I had to contact dealership to find out what was happening with my car. Car was left with dealership at 0800hrs and I had to ring them at approx 1400hrs only to be told that the vehicle was on the ramps,I had been told that the initial diagnostic would only take an hour.

This was a Mercedes safety recall. Booking it in was easy. On the day of my visit everything was perfect. The lady was friendly and courteous, she said it would be an hour and a half and it was. Excellent service. Many thanks.
