Karl is amazing!!! A credit to your company!!! Amy and Karl worked as a wonderful team to make the whole experience truly amazing and memorable.

Since day 1 Karl has been fantastic at dealing with our request, he has sorted out anything we asked and kept us up to date at every point. The most frustrating part of enquiring about a car, or taking out a new business lease is if your point of contact keeps in touch, Karl did that at every point and made sure that we got a top notch experience from Mercedes (especially compared to other manufacturers we spoke to). I couldn't fault the service at all. We are very happy with the car and look forward to many miles of driving in my new vehicle. Looking forward to coming back and getting the next Merc already!

Vehicle in for Mot. Asked about likely wait time. Told around an hour. There nearly 3 hours. Realistic time estimates would be appreciated! Spending 3 hours in the seating area even with free coffee and biscuits was a bit dull.

Staff were excellent cannot fault them, only down side is the price which is far too high for work that is actually done. Independent Mercedes approved garage less than half the price I paid.
