This is the first time I was not sent a video of my car and a health check was not completed either , was this a one off or is it the new norm.

Would be very welcome to have a selection of Daily Newspapers to read while waiting .

I was tired of receiving several Mercedes emails advising me a service was due and that I should book a service, after I had booked the service.

I was extremely keen on purchasing a Mercedes cabriole for my wife and found what appeared to be the ideal one On-Line at . LOOKERS . I contacted Lookers and found the customer service excellent. The sales representative, Vee , was exceptionally helpful and cancelled his day off to help with a speedy sale of the car I was interested. Unfortunately my wife was under stress at the time and did not want to travel to the Midlands and was a bit wary of the price of the car, not that we have anything else to spend our money on. Anyway Vee could have not done more to effect a sale to us. Jeff Martin
