The Service Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the service on my car was carried out much quicker than I had anticipated, which was appreciated. My car had be cleaned and vacuumed ready for collection. Thank you.

I have had a very good experience with Lookers. Unfortunately my husband and also my Dad have not had good experiences. And found Lookers particularly unhelpful. My Dad had locks and windows not work properly on two of his Mercedes’ and my husband’s Mercedes 3 years old needed a new gearbox but the garage appeared unhelpful and not interested.

As a Mercedes customer I expected to be treated as someone special (very arrogant I realise) but I could have got similar service at any main deal of any make of car

I would like to mention that I was really pleased that dealer was able to sort out a courtesy car at short notice when a hire car was not available. This went a long way to calm the situation of my two month old CLA having to receive workshop attention.
