Overall the service was excellent! I bought a new A35 for my wife. Before I visited the dealership I was nearly sold on the BMW 135 and about to do a deal with them. I went into Mercedes on the off chance. The thing that really sold me on both the car and mercedes was your sales rep Lucas Murphy. He deserves the highest possible commendation. his service and raport was second to non. Ive bought from Audi, BMW, Bentley, Land Rover, and Porsche and this guy was better than anyone I've ever dealt with in a car dealership.

Good experience from start to finish, the only painful part was having to hand over my money! But Josh the salesman was very good and helpful and would definitely return to buy again in the future as this is I think our 6th car from them.
