I did express concern regarding my vehicle rolling after removing my foot off the brake and before accelerating. It was suggested that I tried double tapping the brake pedal to hold the vehicle, and whilst this works, I do not think that this should be necessary. My car is nearing 3 years old and the end of its warranty. It hadn't used to roll, this only started in the past few months. I have reported it before.

This is my eighth Mercedes this being my first New car the previous models purchased were all around 12 months old. I was surprised that on collection of the car there was under half a tank of fuel. Previous sales were always full tank of fuel which i would have expected with a new car.

I went to Mercedes Stourbridge to look at a used car I bought on line the car was in immaculate condition, I met with Lookers sales representative a chap called Neil, he was excellent and very professional at his job, he did all the paperwork, then explained everything in the car about the cars controls etc, I would definitely recommend lookers

The service has always been good. However, I was only made aware on this occasion that my car could be collected and dropped off for service. I have previously brought it in and waited. If I had known I would have used this service for all servicing.
