I asked for advice about Mercedes Me but the staff member said he could not help and offered to get a phone number which he did not actually get! The Mercedes Me app suggests asking main dealers with any issues or problems. A training issue perhaps?

We've dealt with Vic Raj for years (I think my partner is on her 4th or 5th A-class from Vic) but this was the first time I've had to get my own car (since 1987...) - as usual Vic was just excellent and I felt I had a good deal in addition to the excellent service. Very pleased overall.

Vehicle had to go back for repairs And some faults but the dealership dealt with the issues in an excellence manner and can't complain at all. Great service from the manager in collecting my vehicle and giving a courtesy Vehicle. Not all dealerships go that extra mile but this one did which reflects well for future purchases,
