Vic was really helpful, communicative and honest. Ryan, who I originally dealt with, to not too fine a point lied continuously. I was led to believe I had a 2-3 month lead time, which was actually seven in the end. Not only was that hugely frustrating, it actually meant that by build time, I didn’t have the spec I’d originally paid for because Mercedes removed it from the trim level. That’s an individual’s performance though. Following the change to Vic the experience was largely positive.

It would be great if we didn't have to ask for the tyer pressure to be checked again.....two different..... nearly always something that's not quite right when you get your car back...

I've explained my grievance in a previous survey and was called by Richard who was very apologetic and courteous and explained the reason the issue had occurred. Very happy he took the time to do this.

Information system is showing that it still needs a service.

When I dropped off my car service checked they had the correct contact number-they had the wrong number so I gave the correct number and the lady corrected the number on her system. When my car was ready for collection service rang but I did not receive the call.I was in all afternoon and my phone has no record of the alleged phone call.This resulted in me not being able to collect car till the following day.The service desk said they have a new phone system and that might be the problem.
