i visited your dealership 2 weeks ago. i had a walk around the showroom whilst there i never saw anyone on reception or any sign of a salesman. there where 2 customer's sat at desks but no salesmen. and no one came to ask if they could help me. not the service i am used to from your dealership.

Dave Yorall was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He could not have been more polite and helpful. He explained the 2 Mercedes cars we were interested in perfectly.

Work completed a lot quicker than my previous two dealings with the dealership. Work commenced immediately, rather than the car sitting in the car park waiting for a technician. Waiting area was clean and well managed, refreshments provided throughout.

I chose to wait for my service and found the seats uncomfortable to sit on for the period of time I was there which was over 2 hours. This is only a small issue but thought it worth mentioning. Either the seats need cushioning or replacing. As advised above, I did not receive a video from the service team this time.
