On this visit to MB Stourbridge it was for mot A service, dropped vehicle off at 08.00 and was dealt with promptly. Received video at about 9.30 very informative, saw all major components checked and informed about slight oil misting from auto box, tech called it correctly that it was probably from a recent oil change which I had done by an independent in October so overall was impressed. Was called by customer service at 2.30 to say vehicle was ready. Service done and mot passed, now normally I never let anyone wash my vehicle but forgot to tell them, but was pleasantly surprised to find it had been washed without the aid of a Brillo pad such is my experience at other dealerships which will remain nameless. Overall would recommend MB Stourbridge 👍

I have a service plan, so there was no need to offer me one, also my car was only in for technical omissions alterations.

Your standards at reception and service is always very very good. But I would suggest people with older vehicles, low annual mileages and on limited incomes would find service and repair charges as per schedule difficult to maintain when an interim service as required and an MOT at a competitive rate might be quite acceptable for their needs.
