I didn’t book with Stourbridge. I called Wolverhampton who claimed to be too busy and booked Stourbridge for me. That meant a journey 3x as far, but they did a good job overall.

Vic was really helpful, communicative and honest.Ryan, who I originally dealt with, to not too fine a point lied continuously. I was led to believe I had a 2-3 month lead time, which was actually seven in the end. Not only was that hugely frustrating, it actually meant that by build time, I didn’t have the spec I’d originally paid for because Mercedes removed it from the trim level.That’s an individual’s performance though. Following the change to Vic the experience was largely positive.

It would be great if we didn't have to ask for the tyer pressure to be checked again.....two different..... nearly always something that's not quite right when you get your car back...
