I've explained my grievance in a previous survey and was called by Richard who was very apologetic and courteous and explained the reason the issue had occurred.Very happy he took the time to do this.

Information system is showing that it still needs a service.

When I dropped off my car service checked they had the correct contact number-they had the wrong number so I gave the correct number and the lady corrected the number on her system.When my car was ready for collection service rang but I did not receive the call.I was in all afternoon and my phone has no record of the alleged phone call.This resulted in me not being able to collect car till the following day.The service desk said they have a new phone system and that might be the problem.

i visited your dealership 2 weeks ago. i had a walk around the showroom whilst there i never saw anyone on reception or any sign of a salesman. there where 2 customer's sat at desks but no salesmen. and no one came to ask if they could help me. not the service i am used to from your dealership.
