Dave Yorall was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.He could not have been more polite and helpful.He explained the 2 Mercedes cars we were interested in perfectly.

Work completed a lot quicker than my previous two dealings with the dealership. Work commenced immediately, rather than the car sitting in the car park waiting for a technician. Waiting area was clean and well managed, refreshments provided throughout.

I chose to wait for my service and found the seats uncomfortable to sit on for the period of time I was there which was over 2 hours. This is only a small issue but thought it worth mentioning. Either the seats need cushioning or replacing.As advised above, I did not receive a video from the service team this time.

On this visit to MB Stourbridge it was for mot A service, dropped vehicle off at 08.00 and was dealt with promptly. Received video at about 9.30 very informative, saw all major components checked and informed about slight oil misting from auto box, tech called it correctly that it was probably from a recent oil change which I had done by an independent in October so overall was impressed. Was called by customer service at 2.30 to say vehicle was ready. Service done and mot passed, now normally I never let anyone wash my vehicle but forgot to tell them, but was pleasantly surprised to find it had been washed without the aid of a Brillo pad such is my experience at other dealerships which will remain nameless. Overall would recommend MB Stourbridge 👍

I have a service plan, so there was no need to offer me one, also my car was only in for technical omissions alterations.
