An initial appointment had been arranged but unfortunately had to be cancelled due to covid isolation. I struggled to cancel my appointment due to not being able to get through on your phone lines. I managed to cancel via email in the end.When the period of isolation was over I struggled to book another appointment as I was not receiving responses to messages I was leaving. That being said, each time I have spoken with someone they have been very helpful and Karim was excellent throughout our appointment and after care
