The Mercedes C300 e answers most of the requirements that a Company Sales Manager has;petrol for range, electric range for BIK and large enough engine for when the electric power runs out. The high speed of charging a PHEV battery is important for those of us who have on street parking to make use of the battery. Unfortunately an electric range of 300 miles is not enough when a typical day's drive is 200+ miles.It is a pity that there are no cars available.

At every turn Gino was helpful, patient and caring. Genuine and knowledgable he answered our many questions with enthusiasm and interest. Equally excellent was the finance situation. Again all was explained fully and carefully by Jon with empathy for our needs as customers. An altogether reassuring and satisfying experience. Given that this was our sixth purchase from Mercedes Stourbridge in the last nine years it was probably our best all round. Particularly in the current difficult climate. Indeed, in a strange way, the showroom experience was better for having fewer staff and customers present. Altogether calmer and conducive to a better handover.
