COVID procedures were in place and seemed to function well, the booking in process was smooth and I was offered a service plan (although I had one previously and cancelled it) that saved money on an expensive service which I was very pleased with - and the service lady (sorry didn't get her name) was extremely helpful. A downside was when I booked the car in and was provided with a quote for the service, which I questioned the price of to be told "it is an AMG sir", the option of the service plan was not mentioned.

First time servicing at Mercedes, previous cars were Jaguar and BMW. Only a 'A' service so not much to do but everything was efficient. Only complaint was that it was always a nice touch from Jag and BMW that the car was cleaned really well inside and out. I understand that maybe with Covid cleaning inside may be difficult but externally I can't see a problem especially as I am paying for a service plan.

Vic at Mercedes of Stourbridge had an excellent knowledge of all vehicles and specifications. Vic went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and ensured that it was of the best quality and best price. Vic always greeted myself and family members with a warm welcome and made them feel as though they were also part of the process. On the day I took my car home, Vic was very informative and showed me everything on my car that he thought I would need to know as opposed to reading it out of the manual which was very very helpful. Vic made sure that I felt at ease before leaving the forecourt. I was also reassured that if at any point I was unsure on something, that I could approach Vic or any of the team with questions. Overall, Vic gave amazing service and will be recommended far and wide as a brilliant salesman who clearly wants the best outcome for the client.
