From my initial phone call for a repair to my Mercedes Car found the the service & staff to be attentive & very knowledgeable & courteous and pleased to say the Job was completed the day before the original collection date. At every turn Gino was helpful, patient and caring. Genuine and knowledgable he answered our many questions with enthusiasm and interest. Equally excellent was the finance situation. Again all was explained fully and carefully by Jon with empathy for our needs as customers. An altogether reassuring and satisfying experience. Given that this was our sixth purchase from Mercedes Stourbridge in the last nine years it was probably our best all round. Particularly in the current difficult climate. Indeed, in a strange way, the showroom experience was better for having fewer staff and customers present. Altogether calmer and conducive to a better handover.
