Good service, but let down a little in time it took for the service (A service), 4 hours waiting on site is quite a long time in my opinion. There was no real updates during service to tell me at what stage the service was at. A member of staff informed me repairs were necessary but instead of coming to tell me they rang from the office. Also the cleaning of car was not up to the usual high standards.
