Pleasant, comfortable surrounding to work form while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was kept updated on progress throughout by the servicing team. The lady who offers teas and coffees is so friendly and makes you feel at home, a huge asset to Mercedes of Stourbridge, hence the 5 star rating!

We decided not to buy a car but wanted to say that we had excellent service from Mathew, he was polite, charming, helpful, knowledgeable and a great asset to your buisness. Martin, who delivered the B Class B200d Reg KR73WDV couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The car arrived at the specified time and Martin explained the controls to my wife and went through all the necessary documents/things to be done very clearly and carefully.

The service and MOT were fine. I took my spare key and advised that it didn't work, might need anew battery? When I returned home, it still didn't work, so I put a new battery in, and now it does!
