Despite recent changes in staff, the same friendly efficient and expert service continues. I called in with no appointment, worried why my battery was playing up.My car was immediately taken and full testing of the electronic systems carried out, but no faults were found other than the battery, so a keenly priced battery was installed.

You already have my comments on the work carried out. But I did have a problem speaking with you service department I rang a number of times but nobody picked up the phone. Eventually spoke to you very helpful receptionist and she passed on the message. The point is that the department were supposed to phone when the work was complete which they hadn't done by 16.30. Finally I Had a call at about 11.30 and was able to collect the carA quick call to give me an update on progress would have avoided my frustration.

Easy checking in. I asked whether it would be possible for the car to be ready by lunchtime and the nice lady phoned our home at 11.57 to tell me that the car was ready. Excellent and pleasant service.
