Purchased my used E-class from Mercedes Colchester back in November last year and the radio stopped working a fortnight ago. Booked the car in at Stourbridge and not only did they sort out the problem but it was done under extended warranty with no charge. My wallet was very relieved. Reception staff were very efficient and pleasant.

Despite the fact I was only after a test drive with a view to joining a company car scheme , David the salesperson was extremely attentive and helpful. This is refreshing as several other dealers I approached were not interested as soon as I mentioned the purpose of my visit and some told me they wouldn’t let me have a test drive ! Thank you David 👏🏻👏🏻
