The required spare although shown to be in stock had actually been miscoded and the car had to be kept overnight. awaiting a delivery.Handover of final paperwork very rushed.

Everything went wellI was not kept waiting.In years gone by I have sometimes been kept waiting 30 min. or more to either drop off a car or pick it up after service.this no longer seems to be the case
