You have always treated me with respect

I could only give 4* because 15 minutes before I was due to leave my house to test drive a car with you I received a call to say the car had been sold, less than 24 hrs after I had arranged a test drive.This left me full of disappointment.I was not offered the opportunity to view any other car you may have had at mercedes. I feel your sales person missed an opportunity to search for another car for me.Mercedes was my first choice for my next purchase.However I moved to my second choice of manufacture as Mercedes let themselves down for me.On Saturday I will be collecting my BMWMay be in the future we can do business.

Light on car very helpful and quick

In addition to the routine service, there was an intermittent rattle from under the car which I asked the team to investigate. The suspected issue was diagnosed promptly and accurately, with the parts being in stock to effect a fix the same day. The video of the engineer's inspection was very helpful to be able to see and understand the issue.

Car booked in, issue identified and advised, rectified and ready for collection some 4 hours later.
