Everything went well until the car was to be delivered when the lack of log book delayed matters by a couple of hours which was annoying and frustrating for all concerned.Perhaps a check list should be in the car so that when it moves from branch to branch the log book and any other important documents are in the right place.

I have found that customer service has always been good, the people are obliging and friendly. The only thing I have not too good is booking a courtesy car when my car is having a service, I have to sit about for long periods waiting for my car to be mot & serviced.

Despite waiting for my car to be serviced on-site in the showroom and staff being aware that I was staying, I received a text message informing me that my car was ready for collection, rather than a member of the team speaking to me. This delayed my collection as I was not expecting to receive a text
