Your sales representative never contacted me after he took my details

taken car in today for work to be carried out and when speaking to service advisor to confirm what was being carried out, as quoted £565 for discs and pads, customer has assumed all discs and pads were being changed but has been advised only rear for that amount. customer would like access to the call recording to clarify what was quoted when booking.

Joel was decent however there is a snag to why I didn,t purchase the car I wanted. Initially purchase price was £40085 for the black one however I wanted to see a red one in all its glory. 1 week later I did see it, however didn,t like it in red withe standout black spoiler. So I said I would have the black one. When I went to sign the deal I was told and further by email from Joel Fulwood it would cost me £41585. OR I could purchase a white one for £40960. So I said no deal but thanked Joel for his personal service.

It felt like I was lured in under false pretences I received a phone call saying the platinum event was all about getting customers in new cars with £0 deposit and not paying any more than your current monthly payment sometimes less.This was not the case for me, it was disappointing but would like to thank Kore who looked after me his customer service was 10/10
