I had a problem with my car shortly after I brought it ( battery warning was displayed). After a phone call with Neil I brought the car back and the problem was rectified. I have had no problems since.

Yes I recently bought an a class Mercedes . Neil masters was very professional and was so helpful . It is refreshing not to have a pushy sales person and he made the whole process easy and was in communication over various issues along the way. Very impressed thank you Debbie :)

My car was taken in by Stourbridge Mercedes’ on Monday 6 th March to have a recall done reference to faulty airbags front driver and passenger side , very happy with the service I received , also cleaned my vehicle frre of charge .
