Dave Sermon was fantastic during the process, and continues to be in the after sales. Great attitude towards his job and his customers. Would highly recommend the dealership based on my experiences with Dave, Vic, Nicole in servicing and Mandy from reception. The only slight issue would be that on my previous vehicle we agreed a price on a new turbo, it took 3 months to deliver and fit the part and the price had increased in that period. Our original agreed price was not honoured and the part price increase was passed onto me as the customer without prior communication regarding the change. The failure of this part at only 78000 miles is the reason I changed and upgraded to a new vehicle. This however has not ruined my relationship with the brand and I am very happy with the new car!

Hi, special mention to your service advisor, I didn’t catch her name, but she’s pretty new to the dealership, used to work at a Mazda dealership. Quite frankly she was brilliant, a credit to your organisation. I marked you down on communication because some unauthorised work was carried out on my car, I only asked for a quote, but I wasn’t charged for it in the end. Overall a great experience and I’d recommend you . One further thing, my name is spelt Beetison, not Bettison as printed on the invoice.
