Mix up with original booking meant I had to return two weeks later. A confirmation text of the booking would have avoided the rebooking.

Whilst at the dealership I asked for help regarding some of the features of the vehicle. Matt from the sales team was extremely helpful, and patiently went through some of the features I was unsure of and even pointed out some features that I had previously not known about. I was very grateful to him, and will be in contact in the future.

Booking by telephone I asked that I could wait for the car . This message did not get on to the job sheet. However it was added when I dropped the car off by the very helpful booking in clerk. And I got the car back in 3 hours. Thank you.

With the closure of Walsall MY LOCAL DEALER & not pleased about that! You initial contact had to find a location that would collect my car & return it as Due to personal problems I cannot leave my house for extended periods. Apparently Stourbridge were the only location that could offer this service. As regards the service provided by them it was excellent, from the early collection through the 'phone call to say all was O.K. to the return of a spotless, inside & out vehicle I could not be more pleased.

So much better than the previous few years. Staff welcoming and service reception is so much better with the staff working outside in the showroom - you feel connected and not sitting in isolation hoping someone will eventually come and deal with you.
