A service and MOT took over 5 hours, 2 of which we spent waiting in the showroom having been told it would be ready in 3 hours. Very frustrating. We live some 40 miles from Stourbridge so dropping car off and going home is not an option.

Couldn't have a test drive as our national insurance numbers were required and we refused .

I found a screw on the front passenger footwell, this was clearly from when the front passenger airbag cannister was replaced as part of a recall. The technician must have missed this when the dashboard was being put back together. Disappointing.

Particular praise for Molly at the booking centre.I needed the car on the earliest date it could be booked in. She kept my details open and rang me back a few hours later with details of a cancelled booking which suited.Thanks Molly.

Disappointed yet again that the health check video was not made available when I collected my car. I was advised that this would be completed later the same day but when I called back later the service agent told me there was a technical problem with the upload. The same 'problem' occurred the last time I visited the dealership in February. Eventually I received a paper copy of the vehicle health the check via email the following day. Not sure on the customer experience since this dealership was acquired by Lookers. Lookers customer service falls way short of that provided by the old Drayton Mercedes Dealership. 🥲🥲🥲. Maybe its a knock on effect from Covid.
