Excellent service from Karl Day made my experience of collecting my new car such a lovely experience. My husband requested a bow on the car as it was for my special birthday and Karl did this even had a bouquet of flowers.

Service was booked through Lex. No communication from dealership. Service was booked the night before going abroad. On my return i had forgotten about it and was shocked when someone turned up to collect vehicle and was going around the outside of the vehicle inspecting it.Excellent service provided but better communication could have been given
