Didnt get a cal, messagel or video. There were some items that said declined for extra work and I didnt know until they dropped the car back. Home collection and service great. No issues with the service just its bit unusual to not call.

the staff were all great, the only problem is that the same fault has now shown up (engine warning light) and i now need to take the car in for the fourth time, but thanks for all the help.

The car was recalled for a coolant software update but I was under the impression is was for a diagnostic software update for the USB port.The car has to go back for this so not overwhelmed by this event.Staff were friendly/attentive and offered a collection service due to work commitments.
