This was a Mercedes safety recall. Booking it in was easy. On the day of my visit everything was perfect. The lady was friendly and courteous, she said it would be an hour and a half and it was. Excellent service. Many thanks.

Getting through to reception at this branch has changed recently.. after all Mandy has always been most helpful. Reception as with all businesses are the eyes and ears in my opinion as a retired business manager with a large multinational operation..

The sales executive David Sermon was very helpful and also his assistant Matt showed me around all the controls in the vehicle prior to the handover.
