I was tired of receiving several Mercedes emails advising me a service was due and that I should book a service, after I had booked the service.

I was extremely keen on purchasing a Mercedes cabriole for my wife and found what appeared to be the ideal one On-Line at . LOOKERS . I contacted Lookers and found the customer service excellent. The sales representative, Vee , was exceptionally helpful and cancelled his day off to help with a speedy sale of the car I was interested. Unfortunately my wife was under stress at the time and did not want to travel to the Midlands and was a bit wary of the price of the car, not that we have anything else to spend our money on. Anyway Vee could have not done more to effect a sale to us. Jeff Martin

I would like to commend Carl Day for his professionalism and attention to detail.

The vehicle was booked for repair of two jobs, then returned 04 July 22 because only one job had been completed. Hopefully the second job will be finished today.

Zee was amazing , we dealt with him throughout the process

The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful- I learned more about my car in 15 minutes there than I have from my previous dealer in 6 years!They helped me understand how to work through specific issues and went and found some additional help if required. They fitted an update that had proved impossible in the past.So efficient, effective, helpful, charming, anticipatory of needs, cheerful and everything you could wish for.
