My initial enquiry was at your Wolverhampton dealership, a salesman took my details and couldn’t be bothered to call me back…. The experience with Stourbridge was worlds apart Neil, the receptionist, who I didn’t get the name of were a credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that team, the Wolverhampton crowd, we’ll……I’ll say no more.

All good except for some miss communication which was quickly dealt with. Happy with the car and given a good deal. Would recommend as anything that goes wrong they are always happy to resolve the problem.

The Service Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the service on my car was carried out much quicker than I had anticipated, which was appreciated.My car had be cleaned and vacuumed ready for collection.Thank you.

I have had a very good experience with Lookers.Unfortunately my husband and also my Dad have not had good experiences. And found Lookers particularly unhelpful. My Dad had locks and windows not work properly on two of his Mercedes’ and my husband’s Mercedes 3 years old needed a new gearbox but the garage appeared unhelpful and not interested.
