I would like to mention that I was really pleased that dealer was able to sort out a courtesy car at short notice when a hire car was not available. This went a long way to calm the situation of my two month old CLA having to receive workshop attention.

We did purchase the car we test drove and we are extremely pleased with it however the valeting team requires training as the car was not presented to the standard we have come to expect from a Mercedes dealership.
