He kept me updated on progress with the service recall software download. When it looked like I was going to miss a scheduled meeting, he arranged for a courtesy vehicle! My customer service rep, Brian, was excellent. My tire warranty was flawless. However, another tire was low on tread. The idea that Mercedes wants to charge me more than $500 for a new tire is ridiculous and refused to match Town Fair Tires price is sad. The money I continue to pay for service is very overpriced. I am now looking to purchase a BMW.

The visit was fine. They told me anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The vehicle was finished in an hour. The staff was polite.

Lilo was very communicative and helpful, from drop off thru pick up.
