My customer service rep, Brian, was excellent. My tire warranty was flawless. However, another tire was low on tread. The idea that Mercedes wants to charge me more than $500 for a new tire is ridiculous and refused to match Town Fair Tires price is sad. The money I continue to pay for service is very overpriced. I am now looking to purchase a BMW.

The visit was fine. They told me anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The vehicle was finished in an hour. The staff was polite.

Lilo was very communicative and helpful, from drop off thru pick up.
