I truly enjoyed the beautiful showroom and interaction with the salesman and manager. However, it was frustrating to wait over half an hour to finalize a simple cash sale with the F&I guy, even though he was alone in his office and did not appear engaged in anything that should have caused the delay.

My sister and I were very fortunate to meet Vito Argote who guided us through the process of buying a Honda Civic. We were impressed by his professionalism and ability to answer all our questions. I had a great experience with Marc regarding the purchase of my vehicle. I found other issues within the dealership. I have called there numerous times and there is no answer no matter what department I try to reach. I called and pressed zero to speak to operator and no answer, press for sales and no answer. I did not try service so that is not an issue. I was surprised that MB does not have a genius department to help me understand this new vehicle that I had at BMW.

Had a coating put on my car and got my sticker. The only problem was when I left the dealership, all my settings ended up in Spanish. I don't know Spanish .
