1- I wasn’t informed of the caveats of software update for rear camera noise optimization, since the service advisor didn’t know about it. As a result of the update I have lost 360 / 3D view feature that I need and paid for as part of the 360 View package. I need this feature back.2- The service advisor didn’t explain what they did and what they didn’t when I picked up the car. He just handed me the papers.

I truly enjoyed the beautiful showroom and interaction with the salesman and manager. However, it was frustrating to wait over half an hour to finalize a simple cash sale with the F&I guy, even though he was alone in his office and did not appear engaged in anything that should have caused the delay.
