The buyer’s choices are given priority without pressure and with a genuine interest in the buyer. My sister and I were very fortunate to meet Vito Argote who guided us through the process of buying a Honda Civic. We were impressed by his professionalism and ability to answer all our questions. Vito is a valuable asset to Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. Jay Tang, Finance Manager, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the financial process, very organized, very knowledgeable and very personable.

I had a great experience with Marc regarding the purchase of my vehicle. I found other issues within the dealership. I have called there numerous times and there is no answer no matter what department I try to reach. I called and pressed zero to speak to operator and no answer, press for sales and no answer. I did not try service so that is not an issue. I was surprised that MB does not have a genius department to help me understand this new vehicle that I had at BMW.

Had a coating put on my car and got my sticker. The only problem was when I left the dealership, all my settings ended up in Spanish. I don't know Spanish .

The beginning of the sales process was ok, despite lots of redundant paperwork. Once the transaction was closed and the funds were transferred , it has been difficult to get a response regarding title and other paperwork, even after several calls and emails.
