I paid $24,000 for Mercedes-Benz in two weeks later the engine light came on. I also purchased a warranty and I was told it was additional 150 miles when I actually the warranty was for 150,000 miles total but they promised me that it was gonna cover 150+72,000 it was on the car I’ll purchase so that’s why I was not happy with Mercedes. However I took the car back and they’re getting me another car ready but I’ve been waiting on that one for over a week.

Good experience and great service advisor. In the future don’t promise a loaner and not have one available. I had to spend my day working in the waiting area. Luckily I brought my laptop.

I had a problem with a customer that was racist. A shuttle was to drop me at an appointment. This lady joined me in the shuttle & was insisting the driver drop her first. When that did not work, she made a comment the driver was giving priority to the wrong person.
