Poor communication, making assumptions and a false credit score used as an excuse resulted to a failed refinancing - of a Mercedes vehicle.Very disappointed with the brand!

Joey Helenek is #1 and the best service advisor I've dealt with at any dealership I have gone to. He needs to be the guy that you assign to your enthusiast customers. I will also say that your service techs are top notch, I have never had a bad experience here through any of my services. Everyone I talk to is knowledgable.

Was a positive experience Randolph was fantastic. I just wish updates could be done while the vehicle is parked at my house rather than having to take it in for service
