The facility is always great and appreciate the free coffee service. Makes the waiting more bearable :) .. However, having a bit more accurate timing of the waiting could help. Estimate wait time was supposed to be 1h - 1.5hrs but it ended up being 3hr for an alignment. It was fine but it made me anxious about my work. Jaleel was great. Very professional.

Angelo always provides amazing care to my car whenever I bring it in for its service, and will always answer any questions I have.

A7 service completed in 4 hours or so as estimated.Tested for sudden braking and seat belt sudden tightening episodes (3) over 10k mileage. Not able to replicate, unfortunately.

Off all the times I have taken my car for service this is the first time that I was very pleased with the treatment and service I got from Jaden excellent service and very detailed oriented. All the other's including the one you assigned to me when I got the car was terrible, one time my car was ready and called me 2 hrs later me sitting waiting for him.
