I bought a car contingent on some minor paint touch ups and repairs. I was concerned because my car was there for a long time with no communication. We have to be understanding as we never know what another person could be going through. As it turned out, my sales person went on vacation right after the sale. My service advisor became very ill and had to be hospitalized. After them having the car for a week, I called. Once the manager figured out what was going on, he took care of everything. The car looks beautiful and runs perfectly. They allowed me to have a loaner the entire time and even delivered it to my home and delivered my car when it was finished. This was a reminder to me that we always need to be kind. We never know! The lack of communication was due to several factors and was not any fault of Mercedes of Tampa. Once they realized what needed done, they stepped up and did it, plus more! I hope Dylan and a nice vacation and that Bob is back to good health soon’ Great job! Thanks! I love my car!
